super administrator for cloud application

Hi,

Our Company has purchased SAP Business ByDesign and Implemented the same. I would like to know, while purchasing this product does SAP provide Super Administrator to the Customer. So that the customer can download the required software from the SAP One Launchpad. With the help of super administrator are we allowed to request S-Users for other employees who work in the same platform.

One Support Launchpad can be accessed via the S-User ID and Password, SAP team would have already delivered the S-User so that you can download the required software.

If they have not provided you the S-User details request you to go through the KBA which will guide you further on how you can get S-User access.
