We are getting below error while executing jobs

Step 1:Configure the Data store and make entry of ODBC.INI on the server
Step 2:Make ODBC entry in the system DNS and test conncetion
Step 3:Create the Job in BODS and select the source(Postgre) and the target system(SAP HANA)
