Performance management setup and configuration

One of my project requires Performance management usage.

We have installed the PM and configured it.

We have created an analytic with slicing. It worked well with the development environment.

But in the production environment, the slicing is not working. Everytime the same aggregated value is being showed by the speedometer.

I did not find any problem with the analytic creation procedure.

May be something is wrong with the setup and configuration. The drop down list is not being interactive with the speedometer.

Can Anyone help me on this.
