Ghost Ticket for already created SDK?

Hi All,

We have a requirement , to implement a logic to find the all the Service Request (Ticket) that are ghost in the system.

Eg: Say If 5000 Records(Tickets) are present in the system then need to find the how much ghost ticket are present in the system.

Notes : 1) A Ticket inwhich mandatory fields are not filled is called ghost ticket.

2) Ticket is related to Service Request.

3) Already Created ticket means Ticket that are created before Today.

Your help is appreciated.
