Access RDM Tool for Data Migration to HANA

I am a Data Migration independent contractor and have been trying to learn the Data Provisioning options for moving to a HANA system. Typically my consulting experience has involved greenfield implementations from non-SAP systems. A lot of IDOC loading both through the LSMW and Data Services. I've seen a number of blogs and posts that refer folks to the Service Market Place and the Rapid Data Migration package While I have an S-user ID, I haven't been able to access or download the package. I get to the link and it prompts me to use a different S-User ID. I think it is because I don't have a customer/client S-user with a service agreement. Without the RDS key accelerator I feel I'm missing the details of loading data into S4 HANA. Can you advise? Also, I am assuming the vast majority of IDOCs still work for Simple Finance and will work for loading into other S4 Modules (Logistics, Sales, etc) - is this correct? Last - if the migration is to move non-HANA ECC to Business Suite on HANA with S4Finance only - is the recommended approach to use the DMO(SUM) approach? And in this case are you really doing more of an Upgrade project than a data migration with Basis handling the heavy lifting? Granted, identifying and testing all of your customization (programs and app extensions) would still be necessary. I really appreciate your time.
