WebIDE Cloud Build _Make SAP a Team Member in my Enterprise Apple Developer Program_

This is one of the steps we should confirm if we want to build a Packaged App (Mobile -> Build Packaged App)

The agreement points to the Sybase page, where it states:

`Add Sybase as a Team Member to Customer’s Enterprise Developer Account`

Can someone please clarify the process?
- Whom should we add?

- Will we get a certificate from SAP that we should later use to generate a new provisioning profile

Hi Alexsandrs,

> `Add Sybase as a Team Member to Customer's Enterprise Developer Account`
This information may be old.
Please refer to following KBA for the new information.

2565298 - How to Create a Custom Afaria Client for iOS in Mobile Service for App and Device Management - Mobile Secure

Thank you.

We have added Richard to our Developer Program.

Do we need to make any changes to our development certificates or provisioning profiles in order to use the Cloud Build (Mobile -> Build Packaged App) functionality from WebIDE?

Additionally, our certificate is not password protected. But the WebIDE Create Signing Profile page requires a Pass-phrase in order to proceed. We would like to avoid re-creating the certificate just to add a password to it. Is there a way to avoid this?

Thanks.

Hi Alexsandrs,

I trust you are building an mobile application using Webide service on SCP. Instructions on how to create a signing profile is here( same steps as outlined by KBA posted earlier by Atsushi):

https://help.sap.com/viewer/56672346324540fd86506a33f92b421f/Cloud/en-US/99c2ca3686e2470dbb29d815529...

Use values as specified and yes Private key Pass Phrase is required.

Thank you,

Can we also confirm that it is a requirement to have the app id in the format `com.<company name>.afariaclient`, and there is no option to provide a custom app id?

That's an apple naming convention. you can read more about that here:

Thanks aziz.dhrif

What we'd actually like to know is: is including `afariaclient` as the last part a requirement to build with the WebIDE Packaged App cloud build?

We would of course prefer to have only the company relevant information in the app ID, something which other hybrid cloud build solutions allow you to do.

Would the Web IDE cloud build work if we provided the App ID with the following format: `com.mycompany.myapp`?

Thanks.

Hi Alexandrs,

Yes, you can change that part to something specific to your company. In fact you are not using Afaria. The specific instructions related to cloud build is what I have attached in my earlier note.
