Problems in HR data migration ECC6 to SRM

Hi SRM gurus,

When I replicate the organizational unit from ECC6 to SRM, I got the following warning messages (IDOC status 51). Please help me.

Relationship 008 (from 01S 5xxxxxxx to employee 000xxxxx ) will be ignored.

Message no. HRALX00_ORG532

Employee 0000xxxx does not have a central person

Message no. HRALX00_ORG535
