Same Outcomes for two differents tasks

Hi experts,

I have two task (one to determine list of Manager 1, and one to determine list of Manager2), the traitment after that is the same and i want to have the same outcomes for thoses two tasks. but here i have 4 branchs (i know it's normal), but to be optimzed adn reduce maintenance time, i want to have the same outcomes, how to do that ?

second Reject ..

task 2 (list manager 2) -> two branchs Approve and reject
