Suppressing 'Further Selections' in PNP LDB

Hi All,

Can you please tell me how I can disable the 'Further Selections' button in the PNP logical database? I am unable to find anything suitable in the report category which can disable this feature.

Thanks and Regards,

Vidya.

    Hi Vidya,

U cna do this in HR REPORT CATEGORY.

In attributes of your program u have push button HR report category in the bottom.

Click on it and u can see a screen Report category assignment

Depending on ur requirment u can modify the selection screen using the report category.

here select Master data radio button and check the possible values present.

U have some standard report categories u can check the required report category or lese u can create ur own report category.

    U can select

X____001 Sort, No time period; Status 2
X____002 Sort, No time period; Payr. area, Pers. no. Status, ...
X____003 Sort, No time period; Payr. area, Pers. no. Status, ...
X__00001 Sort, No time period, Payroll area, Personnel number

    report category..

    Best regards,

    raam

if you go to report category definition, you will see which are the fields available on first screen and on further selections

just copy a report category similar to what you want, then in the new report category remove all fields unneeded

Thank you everyone! By specifying the Master Data field I could suppress the 'Further Selections' button!
