Collaboration Room Calendar – OWA alias error

Hello,

I have followed the following instructions to setup collaboration room calendar to access OWA calendar.

When I try to access the calendar, I get the following error: The OWA alias in user mapping is invalid

The full error from nwa is:

com.sap.ip.collaboration.gw.api.framework.groupware.GroupwareException: The OWA alias in user mapping is invalid

at com.sap.ip.collaboration.gw.impl.transport.davxchg.DAVXchgConnection.<init>(DAVXchgConnection.java:132)

I have tried several thing such as doing direct user mapping and SSO access, but nothing seems to work. I can access OWA through Appintegrator iviews for all OWA part such as indox, sent items, calendar and so on, but I can not access room calendar.

Can someone please help on how to fix this issue.
