Adding Comments to reject notifiaction in GRC

Hello

Is there a way to include the mandatory comments in a reject GRC access request email?

I read this blog and found Mustafa's question in the comment section of this post (GRC Email Notifications/Variables – Customization) but no resolution yet.

We are using GRC 10 on NW 7.5

Hello Antonette,

You may use the section "How to create custom notification variables in GRC" from above mentioned post to create notification variable to read comments.

And you can get the comments by using functional module READ_TEXT. Please ask your developer for this. let us know if it works or in case of any issues/queries.

PS: use table STXH (Object = "GRC" & ID = “NOTE”) for input to functional module.
