error when try to see document flow into C4C

Hi experts.

We´re doing the intregration beetween C4C and ECC. We´ve set all CA to replicate SO from C4C to ERP and visceversa, but now, when we want to see document flow in c4c, we get next error:

Error when retrieving external document flow: SoapFaultCode:5 An internal error occurred. For error details check MPL ID AFqHFGWNi7pCvQtcOL582UelrFxK in message monitoring or use the URL https://e0924-tmn.hci.us2.hana.ondemand.com:443/itspaces/shell/monitoring/MessageDetails/%7B%22messa...

When i go to the mentioned link, i get the error log attached, but really can not undestand the problem.

So please help me experts.

Dear Ángel Hernández,

Based upon the HCI Errorlog, it seems that request call is failing in your ECC system.

HCI Error: Response was of unexpected text/html ContentType. Incoming portion of HTML stream: (none)

Login to ECC, Tcode SRT_UTIL, there you should be able to see the actual error why document flow wasn't sent as response. If you are unable to resolve the issue kindly report an incident to SAP.

Thank you Shivanand, actually it helped us, the problem was due to an incorrect WSDL.
