Dear Experts,

I have gone through many threads regarding this problem on SCN and have done relevant setting in OPPQ, OPU5, OPUZ(PP-PI) and Material master but all in vain. I'm attaching screen shots of all these screens with addition of MRP results in MD04.

Problem is MRP is not rescheduling planned orders with regards to capacity in master recipe or in house production time in material master. It's pilling all the orders on a single day where as each order takes about 2 days production time. Kindly help as this is S/4HANA and I'm lost.

1) OPU5

2) OPUZ

3) OPPQ

4) MD04

5) Material Master (MM03)

Regards,
Shankar

Hello Shankar

Rescheduling planned orders based on capacity was never an MRP capability and it is still not a capability in S/4HANA.

However, as of S/4HANA release 1610, you have Embedded PP/DS, which allows you to run a product heuristic that plans materials and capacity at the same time, and which would resolve this issue.

Dear Caetano,

I understand. I only want to schedule planned orders on the basis of something, if capacity and in house production time are not the ones then kindly guide me. We wont be able to use PP/DS at this moment.

Hello

MRP won't do it for you. You should run capacity leveling as a separate background job after the MRP run. See the document below for details:
