Runtime Error!

I am running Excel 2003, and an upgraded version of Engage 2008.

I was trying to export my dashboard to a swf, when I received for the first time ever a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error.

The error window read:

Runtime Error! Program:

C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Xcelsius\Xcelsius.exe

abnormal program termination

PLEASE HELP! I am having to deploy this dashbaord ASAP.

Thanks,

jim

Do you have to upgrade to Excel 2007 to make it work?

No, 2003 has worked just fine up until now.

I have come to the conclusion that the error only occurs when I reimport another version of the spreadsheet. But that's an action I should be able to perform with Engage, so I'm still not sure what the problem is?

Has anyone else had similar issues with the reimporting of an Excel 2003 spreadsheet?

      thanks,

      jim
