answerPromptsEX API Error ERR_WIS_30270

We are on BO 4.2 SP4 Patch 3 and users are accessing the report from different locations globally. I am able to run the report from India but when US based users are running the report then they are getting this error.

answerPromptsEX API Error ERR_WIS_30270.
I have advised admin team to enable webi trace to check why US users are facing this issue. But after enabling trace US users are also able execute the report successfully.

The report has both hana defined input parameters and BO prompts. The report is also taking a bit more time to refresh.

We have two webi processing servers(nodes).

Can any one help me in understanding what's happening here and why users are able to execute the reports if we enable webi trace.

    Hi Jawahar,

    The users are facing this issue with this report only.

    Also few more points I would like to add:

    * There are few mandatory prompts(Hana input parameters and BO prompts) in this report along with optional prompt.

    * The report is having only one data provider.

    * Also US users are able to execute the report if they specify few other prompts(restricting data) but getting this error only when they specify only mandatory prompts.

    * But we are able to run this report without any issues always.

    But it is really strange that when we enabled trace US users didn't get any error and they were able to execute the report.

    That is strange. Enabling traces will not fix the issue. Are the users having issues with all the reports? Or just this particular report?
