Hello,
Can you please tell me if it's possible to create twoo datasources on the same chapter in SAP Disclosure Management.
Best regards
Hello Sanae
Yes, this is possible - and this is exactly what I did in my example
Here is another example
I am in Word, and have created 3 datalinked objects (click on "objects" in the DM ribbon)
As you can see, all 3 use different datasources (one is linked to an Excel table in a DM chapter, one is an external Excel file, one is a BW query)
DM is specially designed like this, i.e. to have the ability to have multiple sources for your data in the Word document
I am not sure why you have an issue? Or do you get some kind of error?
Basically, each time you define a table in Word (through DM), you can select a dataource and briefing-book. You can simply change this each time, there is no restriction on having only one data-source

Hello Marc,
Thank you for your help
In fact, i'm talking about the possibility to add two dataprovider or more on the same document word.
As i know this is not possible so i'm wondring if there is any solution to that
For exemple, I have two dataproviders : Excel_sheet1 and Excel_sheet2 as bellow :
And I want to add them both to the same chapter (Word document) in SAP Disclosure Management as Below
Best regards

Hi Sanae,
I assume you mean 2 data-providers ? (data-sources in DM are the connections to the different systems)
Here's what you can do - if this is not your question, please let me know
In Excel, I have 1 table I create 2 BIP ranges on it (1 for the complete table, 1 for just 1 column)
Then, in Word, you can select these as 2 different tables
I hope this helps you ?
Thanks
Marc
