How i can track drawing change/ drawing realese in Project system.

what are the thing which i need to maintain.

Hi ,

If u r using DMS n u r attching the drws to the project thru CV01N then in that there is version managment as well as status management with which u can track drw changes.The latest drw u assign to WBS so that whtever version assigned to project shuld be the latest n the drw versions u can get thru DMS.

Can you be more clear...

If you are looking for when u have have submitted drawing, when got the approval, you can create a project version and see the difference in dates. Tcode- CN71.

After entering the project, dont forget to tick version date in DB Profile.
