Two panels in IconTabBar

Hi all,

I have two collapsible panels inside a IconTabBar. The first panel is above the second panel. The first panel contains texts and a text area. The second panel contains a search field and a timeline. As long as the first panel is collapsed the timeline in the second panel works fine. But as soon as I expand the first panel I am not able to scroll to the last elements of my time line. I think the issue is that the scrollbar of the timeline does not adapt when the first panel is expanded. Is there a way to make my timeline aware of the first panel being expanded?
