Issuer of SSO ticket is not authorized


Dear All,

I've maintained JCo to connect to 3 clients by using ticket; 350, 390 and 410 for ESS/MSS. When I test those 3 clients, all successfully tested. I receive a request to connect to a new client 450. When I test, it gives me an error message as below:

"$Exception: (103)RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: Issuer of SSO ticket is not authorized"

I'm using the same user I created in all 4 clients above which is SAP_JCO_EPD. I've give this user SAP_ALL profile.

I've also imported EP certificate into the backend system (ECC6.0).

Why does this work in those 3 clients but not the last client?

Am I missing something.
