Is there any prerequisite for the test? lecture or any other things..

And is there any complimentary class on internet?

If you are a member of the Learning Hub, you can find all trainings that you need to take before taking an exam.

If not, you can go for classroom training in your region. Go to the training landing Page: https://training.sap.com/ and select your country. You can see a list of all the offerings available in your country. Under Cloud>SAP Hybris, select the C4C courses to see more details.
