Hello Mohammed,

the default tax type and tax group should be used in the contract. But I cannot see clearly from the screen shots for which contract type you have defined the default values and that the contract created with this contract type does not have the tax data defaulted in the posting term.
Maybe you can add more screen shots for clarification.

Please check also if there is any substitution by BAdI in place that might override the standard functionality.
