Error with Broadcast reports in SAP C4C

Hi Experts,

We have broadcasts defined in the tenant (both weekly and daily). Some of the users are not getting these broadcasts. There are no logs for this broadcast, however it shows the below error.

could you please where I can check for the above error?

Typically, we will check in SOST for traditional on premise system. Do we have any placeholder like this in C4C?

    Hello Srinivasa

    One possible reason for this error message can be an automatic out of office reply being sent from one or more of the broadcast recipients. The broadcasts are usually sent from a donotreply@(customer URL) address. When the system receives a reply to a broadcast email it assumes that the broadcast email bounced / wasn't delivered successfully and throws the error message.

    Our Support team can check if the broadcasts were delivered successfully and whether an out of office reply was sent in the SCOT transaction in the backend. So in case the first scenario does not apply to you, then please raise and incident to SAP Support, we should be able to track the reason why this broadcast is not being delivered
