LT10 with block indicator , Qty in putaway but no open TO can be found

Hi guys,

I found a weird issue need your help. In LT10 all the source storage type 200 lines with block indicator, and if I checked in LX03 or LS26, I found these material has the putaway Qty but no open TO.

How can I remove this from LT10? How can this situation happen?

I would start with LT24 to see open and partially processed and even all TOs (if the other 2 do not show anything) for a material which has a lock in LT10

I also would look into LS26 which gives me always a good indication about the total stock situation of a material in a warehouse, and it can be compared with MMBE to see if there are inconsistencies.
