Movement Type 701/702 and 561/562

Hi all,

Please tell me that what is the difference between movement type 561 /701 and 562 /702. Our business user 561 and 562 in MBIC for write in and write off. But SAP Best Practice says that movement types 701 and 702 should be used for writein and write off.

Please tell me in steps how to use movement types 701 and 702 and difference with 561 and 562.
