Absence Quota Number in the 2006 IT and Absence quota overview screen

Hi,

I have created the Absence quota, i got saved. And iam able to apply leave against that quota. This is also working. But iam not able to see the Quota Number in the screen 2006 IT and also in the Quota overview screen. Value comes as 0. which is wrong.

have done all the steps in IMG pertaining to Absence quota generation / setup steps. Can anyone help me here.

this is bit urgent please.

Please check if your absence is getting deducted from the correct quota. Also, please use transaction PT50 to check your acruals

I also checked pa2006 table quota is not generated for the employee. but i have done all the necessary steps starting from grping , counting class, deduction / validity interval.

but the client here is using rptime00 without clock times to generate absence quotas. and they have modified TM04 to ZM04. and in that i see all the client based quotas. this being the case do i need to add the absence quota which i have created also in the schema.

Pls suggest.

Hi

In Master data display is the date selection radio button "All" selected. (Validity date on absence quota)

Also you could check table PA2006 via SE16 for this employee, if the absence quota is not there then check your config groupings are correct.

Check which absence quota the absence is deducting from.
