quality issuse

Dear All,

In qa32 i have done the UD against the inspection lot and

after that with out entering the quantity ihave save the inspection lot.

My question is material is still in quality.i want to move the this stock quality to unrestricted then i can move to next operation.How to do this ?

Please guide me

Go to QA12 transaction -

click on stock tab -

---

post the stock to appropricate stock type by entering in quantity .

Hi Sailendra,

For the specified inspection lot you have done UD, but stock of this material is still in quality stock as you have not yet proposed stock quantity of lot to unrestircted.

You can do this by using transaction code QA12, enter inspection lot & go to Inspection lot stock view. In this view you have to propose lot stock quantity to unrestricted by clicking on proposed button.

Once you poprposed this stock, then quantity will be transferred to unrestricted use stock.

which inspection type you are using?

inspection type 04 and 01 are only stock transfer related inpection type if you are doing UD for this inspection type, used A0 UD code for automatic transfer of stock to unrestricted stock.

you can change your Usage decision by QA12
