Hi All:
As after collapsing an Infocube, records with same business key are aggregated, then after two DTP runs we can have a record Sales =USD 100 twice. This means that after collapsing we will have one record with USD 200 which might be wrong (duplicate sale revenue) if the DTP runs with full update. Any ideas on this, or business scenarios that might justify it?
Thanks
Fransisco,
This again depends on your delta...
If you have a before and after image delta - makes sense compressing your cube .. else if it is a cumulative load every day / period - then you would have to delete previous request ( also known as delete overlapping request ) and nt compress your cube..

see here the prob lies with MDM of Cube.
you need to delete prev req and do a full update.
Then do a rollup and collapse.
Hope it clarifies
