Error while downloading the ZIP file from application server using CG3Y in sap abap

I have created the ZIP file using the class 'cl_abap_zip' and uploaded to application server, whenever I download the ZIP file from application server using CG3Y in to presentation server and when I try to open the ZIP file I'm getting error saying 'File is invalid'.

Using CG3Y (download), for a ZIP file, you must use the BIN mode of course !
