How to configure SO and Delivery returns from ECC6 to GTS?

I would like a simple guide on the configuration of document types for both the sales order and delivery in ECC6 and also the configuration needed in GTS. Please send any links where I can get access.

for Sales and Distribution configurations you can refer the Glynn C Williams book and for configurations in GTS you can check for configuration guide for SAP GTS Certification material .

and I would like to know why you want to configure the Return Sales Order and Delivery for GTS? is there any specific business requirement for this? please elaborate your requirement, which will help us to provide you right information on this.

Hi Constance,

GTS customers should have access to the Configuration Guides in the Service Marketplace, where you can find instructions for setting up the Compliance functionality. I don't think there are any special considerations for returns.
