1.How can we get 10 shipto party at a time in customer master?

what is the procedure to create 10 ship to party for single customer master.

2. how can we change Account group?

Hello,

The ship-to-parties needs to be created for all the required, then assign it to the customer master --> Sales Area Data --> Partner functions tab.

You can change the account group by transaction XD07.

1) Go to XD01 / VD01, select the Account Group Ship to Party and maintain the required datas and save. Like this, you have to repeat for other customers. Once you create all ship to party customers, go to XD02, select the sold to party to whom you want to assign these 10 ship to parties and execute. There select sales area data and partner function tab. There assign the customer codes and save.

2) run XD07 to change the Account Group but if you have already transacted, then it is not possible to change the account group.

10 different Ship to Party will have to be created individually & cannot be created under same Customer Master in SD. This Functionality is available in CRM.

2. how can we change Account group?

T.Code: XD07 is for Changing Account Group. But I do not think it is possible to Change Account Group, once the Customer Master is created.

Hello Venkata,

The A/c grps can be changed in transaction OBD2.

Multiple Ship to Parties, can be maintained in a customer master: in the

Sales view under the table Partner Functions, provided you've configured the partner determination.

The partner determination is set up in the foll. mentu path:

txn SPRO> Sales and Distribution>Basic Functions>Partner Determination>Set Up Partner Determination

u can create new account grp & partner determination for ship to party.

Define ship to parties and assign the same in customer master.
