Crystal report designer

Hi,

I have downloaded and intalled crystal report Add-on for SAP Business one.

It is working fine. But when i client Crystal report designer

it is displaying the error message that "The system cannot find the specified file". When i see the text file it when is refered in the installation document

C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One\AddOns\SAP_CR\Resources\CrystalDesignerPath.txt

In the above mentioned text file it is displaying the following path. When i go and search in the following path.

crw32.exe is not found. Please let me know what is the problem.

C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86\crw32.exe

How can i correct this problem.

Suresh,

Make sure you have installed the Crystal Reports Designer by searching you harddrive for the crw32.exe file.

After you find the file, note the file path and copy it to the CrystalDesignerPath.txt file.

I had that problem when I installed the CRDesigner because my Windows XP is in Portuguese and the application was installed under "C:Programas", not "C:Program Files".

hi you!

you have to config class path on server

server name(or Address IP of server)\forder name\name file

ex:10.1.6.110\crystal\T.rpt

server ip:10.1.6.110

forder name:crystal .you have to share this forder.

name file:T.rpt

That error, from my knowledge, is because you havent installed the crystal reports 2008 editor/designer. that is simply a link to the editor which you need to install separately.

a free Crystal Reports 2008 Basic should be coming out sooner or later, but you can download a free 30 day trial from here http://www.businessobjects.com/product/catalog/crystalreports/

I have already installed Crystal runtime. But still the same problem exit.

Have you installed the Crystal Reports runtime that came with the addon?
