Reservation

Dear All,

I am having one issue regarding reservation.When i reserved the material in MB21 tcode then also system issue the material & allowing reservation.

example: plant/storage location stock 20 ea

reserve 20

then also system allowed me to issue the material.

My clients want that no onw can issue the material or generate the reservation if material is already reserved.

Second can i put release strategy on reservation.means some one has create the reservation & HOD approve it.
