KPI's in DP

Folks,

we are trying to implement certain KPI's to gauge the performance in DP . Basically all we are trying to do is gauge the actual demand and forecasted demand and see how well DP suited the business needs. What is the standard industry KPI practise for this kind of gauging and does BW has any of these business content in the predefined cubes ?
