what is kpex in fico, any body have idea about budgeting in fico, give me some inputs,

It is not KAPEX it is CAPEX meaning Capital Expenditure.

YOu can use Internal orders for CAPEX budgetary controls.

If you are using Project systems then also you can have budgetary control at the module level.

You can also control globally using Global Funds Management.

Out of teh above three Internal order is simple and should your problem.
