Hi All,
Can anyone tell me how can i use a Ad-hoc anchor in my workflow to determine an agent runtime.
Thanks and regards,
Raj
Hello Perumalraj,
I think you can make use of the concept "ad-hoc agent assigment" to determine the agent at runtime. Just maintain it to the step for which the agent is to be determined at runtime.
The use of ad-hoc anchor step is to extend the current workflow with a single step task or workflow template at runtime. You can specify many templates or tasks in the ad-hoc anchor step. When the workflow is triggered, the user with the authorisations to call the graphical workflow log(it would be workflow initiator mostly) will go to the workflow log and select the workflow or task to be extended(which are specified in the adhoc anchor step of the workflow template). The executed workflow is now extended with the steps of the selected workflow template.
Hope I didn't cause much confusion and this will help you.
Regards,
Sam
