What is Auto correct load in out put table options how it will works?

Recently I met with a Question " what is Auto correct load in out put table options, in which type of scenarios we use this option"?

Another question once we set Auto Correct Load 'Yes' then Allow Merge or Upsert Option is enabled.

Can you please explain about this option and which type of scenarios we use this option.

Auto correct load if set to YES, it works like MERGE starement in SQL. it can be used as the replacement of table comparison. Note that this will slow down the process if source and target are not in same datastore.
