How to extend number of rows while export a report to excel from webi which is limited to 65000 rows.

Export to Excel (xlsx) instead of Excel (xls), that will remove that limit.
what is your BO version? Since BO 3.1 SP3 Fix pack 3.4 MS Excel 2010 is compatible which means there no restriction of 65000 rows export in excel.
If you are below then this then only option you have to spilit the records in multiple tabs in webi.
My BO version is "SAP BUSINESS OBJECTS ENTERPRISE XI 4.0"
