Problem while creating Alerts with Alerts Management

HI All

When Iam trying to create a new alert from Alerts Management window its giving an error message saying that "THIS ENTRY IS ALREADY EXISTS IN THE FOLLOWING TABLES 'ALERTS TEMPLATE'(OALT)(ODBC-2035) [MESSAGE 131-183] "

Its not allowing me to create a any new alert , pls give me solution to overcome this
