Problem with process chain variant.

HI all

Problem with process chain variant.

when trying to create a process chain START process we are facing a problem with PC variant.

An information window is opening with message"Variant &0000000000853 does not exist".

I tried to create a new variant still we are facing the same problem.

I tried to check the status of already existing chains, when trying to open the chain, we are getting the same information window.

we are not able to run any process chain

please guide me in resolving the issue.
