SmartForms - Vertical line separating page(s) in two?

I have to create this AR Account Statement form in smartforms.

The page(s) is(are) meant to be cut where the dotted vertical line is.

I would like to know how to draw a vertical dotted line on the whole page (header, body and footer), and follow up pages.
