Error message after a PO is created

Hi everyone,

I am working in SRM 5.0 in classic scenario.

When I accept a bid from a bid invitation and then create a PO, an error message appears and says that the PO was not created, but that is not true, when I check in R/3 the PO was created.

Do you know why this message appears??
