Incorrect LIKP-KODAT, TDDAT entries

Hi Gurus,

After creating delivery from VL10B with reference to STO, noticed that Picking date, Trans Planning, Loading, Planning, Billing dates are showing as delivery date which is wrong. This is happening after upgrade from 4.6C to ECC6.0.

Could you please help me on this.
