MC.5 transaction: URGENT

Hi All,

I need explanation on the following transaction ASAP.

The user has requested me to do the following.

Run MC.5 for any plant, selecting only ZMAT materials that are not part of material group u201CINGRu201D. Find a material that has a quantity associated with it in inventory.

Can anyone please help me step by step about how to go with it?
