I created a document using a custom program in which I had added a GOS Icon. An attachment was added and the sent via workflow to the 'approver'. But when the 'approver' receives the document the icon is no longer visible and apparently the attachment is no longer there:
The requirement is for user's to approve the document and add comments as required.
