    Hi Naveen,

Business process management (BPM), as a management discipline, is a systematic approach that helps companies standardize and optimize operational processes to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase agility. As a technology, business process management provides IT organizations with a framework of tools to design, model, implement, run, monitor, operate, and improve business processes flexibly throughout their lifecycle.

While technically a business process is defined as set of linked activities that creates value by transforming an input into a more valuable output, SAP differentiates a business process further into two basic subprocess types

    Hi

    Business Process management.

An integration process is an executable, cross-system process for processing messages. We can implement integration processes when we want to define, control, and monitor complex integration processes that extend across enterprise and application boundaries.

The design and processing of integration processes is also known as cross-component Business Process Management (cross-component BPM, ccBPM).

Business Process Management provides SAP Exchange Infrastructure with functions for stateful message processing: The status of an integration process is persisted on the Integration Server. This means that we can specify how long an integration process must wait for further messages to arrive.

Cross-component Business Process Management is integrated into SAP Exchange Infrastructure: Integration processes are objects in the Integration Repository or Integration Directory and are integrated with the other objects, for example, message interfaces and so on.

BPM may be used in the following situations

1.Control/Monitor the messages in XI 2. Collect/Merge the messages in XI 3. Split the messages in XI 4. To Multicast an Message 5. Send an Alert

    6. Sync-Async Bridge

    Hi Naveen Kumar,

If u want create the BPM Scenario u need to analysise the requirement ,

The requirement will be 1:N( Message Spilting) or N:1(Message Merging) Synchronous to Asynchrnous bridge.

    How to create BPM

    1) After creation of DT, MT,MI and MM,IM .u can go to Intergration Scenario & Integration Process under that create the Integration process

Here there are some steps to create the Integration process

    like Receive,Send, transformation,loop,switch,block,container,wait,fork.... etc

depends upon requirement select these steps and create the Integration process.

after that in INTEGRATION DIRECTORY in the Integration process services can be installed the BPM

    Regards,

    Skumar
