Copying WBS Elements

Hi

I have a list of WBS Element in Template/Project and i have to copy them into other Project

Actually i have attached PS Texts and Documents to the WBS Elements and when i am copying the WBS element i need to copy the PS Texts and Documents attached to it?

Do we have any BAPIs or FM for this purpose?

Can anyone please let me know how to do this.
