List of firewall ports for SAP Contact Centre FP12 on premise installation

Hello again,

Please could I ask for some advice on the default firewall ports for SAP Contact Centre FP12? I referred to Installation Guide, however the Secure Guide it mentions has been revamped and has nothing in it now that tells me about firewall configuration. Any help gratefully received. Our current system is pretty open (I didn't build it originally) and I'd like to ensure the upgrade is as tightly locked down as possible. Many thanks. Adele

From the Installation guide:

"Firewalls

Microsoft Windows firewall is used by default, and you can install your own firewall software as well. To allow communication you may need to adjust the open and closed ports in firewall to ensure SAP Contact Center functions. See Security Guide section Default Ports of SAP Contact Center Components for port ranges. "

Hi guys,

Because I didn't find in security guide this. Do you have a information which ports are used for CDT supervision functionality tab? Silent listening, coach and barge in. I have situation that using CDT softphone via VPN this functionality are not working (I don't hear voice in both ways - consultant and customer).

Do you have some other ports specifications for that case or do you hook up with such situation?

Sebastian

Hi Adele,

please review the SAP Contact Center Security Guide, especially section Network and Communication Security. The document is still available on the help portal.

Hi Adele,

Please navigate to help.sap.com, you might need to select version: OnPremise from top left corner. Under Security chapter you should be able to see SAP Contact Center Security Guide (Might require authentication).
