Hi.

we started using CR 2016 in our print server since 1 month, coming from CR 9 and then 2013.

In some cases and sometimes we get error from print server, without a line in the application log.

The only tip is the Windows event log, that says:

- System
  - Provider
   [ Name] Application Error
  - EventID 1000
   [ Qualifiers] 0
   Level 2

Can you help me?

Thanks.

Hello,

ALL runtime for CR 211 above is now here:

https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/BOBJ/Crystal+Reports%2C+Developer+for+Visual+Studio+Downloads

READ the page and follow the info and then uninstall what every CR for VS runtime you may have and update it to SP 22.

There is a test app that does just printing, using reports with saved data that you can test with also.
