Is it possible to create a GL account without a group account number when group chart of accounts is defined and assigned to operative chart of accounts?
I ask because I've seen it and obviously it is possible...but how?
I've tried to do that (to create GL account without the group account) and I can't, but I have the example on a productive system that's proving it is possible. There are a lot of accounts that are created without the group account although the group chart of accounts is defined and assigned. These accounts are created only for the purposes of FM so they really don't have to have a group account.
