Regarding data pulling from standard datasource

Dear all,

I have to start data pulling from R/3 to BW using purchase datasource 2LIS_02_ITM. Actually this activity is closed since last few months, in which there was regular delta update.

I have tested it in development server, and in RSA3 it shows proper data in test extraction. But in quality and production server when i start test extraction it just hangs. After some time the server disconnects.

Setting in all servers for datasource 2LIS_02_ITM in lbwe is same. Plz guide me to resolve the problem.
